A snap to turn refrigerated cookie dough and brownie mix into these extra-fudgy treats topped with rich milk chocolate and sour cream. From Woman's World Ingredients:
1 tube(16 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough |
1 pkg.(21 oz) chewy fudge family-style brownie mix |
2 eggs |
1/4c oil |
2tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder |
1tsp vanilla |
2c milk chocolate chips,from 2(11.5oz ea.) pkgs,melted,cooled slightly |
1c sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat ven to 350. Line 13X9 baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2 . evenly press cookie dough into bottom of pan. Bake 1o mins.or till golden brown. Cool on rack 5 mins. 2. Meanwhile, in large bowl with spoon,stir together brownie mix,1/3c water,eggs,oil,cocoa and 1/2tsp vanilla until smooth. Spread over warmed cookie layer. Bake 25 mins or till toothpick inserted into center,comes out with moist crumbs. 3. Cool completely in pan on rack. 4. Using foil to help,lift cookie from pan;remove foil. On med. speed,beat melted chips,sour cream and remaining 1/2 tsp. vanilla till combined. On med-high speed,beat till thick and fluffy,1 min. Spread over cookie. 5. Cut into bars. Refrgerate till ready to serve. |
