A Kraft Foods Food & Family magazine dessert that I can't wait to try! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine, melted |
3 bananas, sliced |
3 cups milk |
2 (4 ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix |
2 1/2 cups cool whip |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 325 degrees. Mix wafer crumbs, pecans and butter in 13 X 9 baking dish; press firmly onto bottom of dish. Bake 8 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. 2. Top crust with banana slices; pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Spoon 2 cups of the pudding over banana layer. 3. Gently stir 1 cup of the whipped topping into remaining pudding; spoon over pie. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. 4. Refrigerate 3 hours. 5. Store leftovers in refrigerator. 6.
