Triple Grain Peanut Bread

Great toasted with homemade jam, wonderful with marshmallow fluff and sliced bananas....I know, bad for you . Really yummy when slathered with Nutella and run under the broiler for a second or two.
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup of quick cooking oats
1/2 cup of yellow cornmeal
1/2 cup of dried powdered milk
1/2 cup of sugar
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of best quality peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of fresh milk
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan very well.
3. In a mixing bowl, dump in the dry ingredients and mix with a fork to combine.
4. Cut in the peanut butter (pretend like it is shortening or butter).
5. Blend the egg with the milk and add to the crumbly grainy flour mixture.
6. Mix and pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake at least 65 minutes, until the cake tester comes out clean.
8. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.
9. Slice,toast and enjoy with a big glass of milk.
