                    A surprise is in store when you cut the cake . Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 1/4 c flour , 1 c cocoa pwd , 2 1/4 tsp baking soda , 1 1/4 tsp baking pwd , pinch of salt and cinnamon - sifted  |  
                                                2 1/2 oz chocolate  |  
                                                1 c milk  |  
                                                1 c hot strong coffee  |  
                                                1 c margarine/oil  |  
                                                1 1/2 tsp vanilla  |  
                                                2 1/4 c sugar  |  
                                                white mousse  |  
                                                melt 4 oz white chocolate with 1/4 c cream over double boiler .  |  
                                                whisk and remove from heat and cool .  |  
                                                beat 3/4 c cream until soft peaks form .  |  
                                                same way whip 1 egg white and 1 tbsp sugar separately .  |  
                                                fold everything together .  |  
                                                dark icing  |  
                                                melt 12 oz chocolate with 4 oz butter , 1 tbsp honey  |  
                                                whisk along with 1/2 c sourcream and keep it smooth .  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg 2. Mocha : 3. Simmer the milk and pour it over the chocolate along with the coffee . 4. Whisk until smooth . 5. Beat the eggs , oil , vanilla . 6. Add the sugar slowly . 7. Alternately add the mocha and dry ing . 8. Beat until smooth and well mixed . 9. Pour in 3- 9 inch greased baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 mins . 10. Leave it in the pan for awhile and turn it . 11. Cool completely . 12. Assemble : 13. Place a layer on serving plate . 14. Spread the mousse evenly . 15. Repeat the next layer by spreading the mousse evenly . 16. Place the third layer and spread some of the icing over the top and sides . 17. Chill 30 mins . 18. Cover the cake with rest of the icing . 19. Serve .                              |
