If you're in a hurry, you can skip the first step of freezing the fruit. The smoothies won't be quite as thick and frosty, but the flavor will still be great. Ingredients:
3 cups strawberries, halved |
2 medium bananas, sliced into |
1-inch pieces |
1/2 cup orange juice |
1 cup vanilla soy milk (such as silk) |
Directions:
1. Place strawberries and banana slices on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan. Freeze 30 minutes. 2. Place frozen fruit, orange juice, soy milk, and sweetener in a blender; process until smooth. |
