Mmm, this is the thick chocolicious brownie recipe I've been searching for my whole life! I altered it slightly to suit my choco loving needs, ENJOY! Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup unsalted butter |
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped |
5 large eggs |
2 1/4 cups sugar |
2 tsp vanilla |
1 cup white chocolate chips |

1/2 cup unsalted butter |
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped |
1/4 cup cocoa powder |
4 tbsps milk |
1 tsp vanilla |
2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Butter 9x13 inch, 2 inch deep baking pan. Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in a Large bowl to blend. Stir in warm choclate, then dry ingredients. Stir in white choco- chips. Pour in pan. Bake for 30 minutes. 3. For Frosting: Stir butter and chocolate in small heavy saucepan over low heat. until melted. Stir in cocoa powder, 2 tbsps milk and vanilla. Whisk in powder sugar. Mix in enough remaining milk to form a smooth frosting. Frost brownies when cooled. |
