I haven't had a chance to make this one yet, but sounds very good and easy to make, tell me what you think. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/4 cup melted butter |
3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablespoon lemon, rind of |
1 tablespoon lime peel |
1 tablespoon orange rind |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. 2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla medium speed until well blended, Blend in juices and peels. 3. Add eggs one at a time; mix just until blended, Pour over crust. 4. Bake at 350`F for 45 to 50 minutes or until centre is almost set. 5. Cool completely, then refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. 6. If desired, garnish with fresh fruit or lemon lime and orange slices. |
