Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
3 1/2 cups chocolate fat-free frozen yogurt
1 cup chocolate soy milk
3 tablespoons fat-free chocolate sundae syrup
Directions:
1. Place banana on a plate in a single layer, and freeze 20 minutes.
2. Combine banana and remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
