Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cookies |

This is the perfect cookie for a chocolate and raspberry lover. They are wonderful with coffee Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour |
1/2 cup coco |
1 tsp. baking soda |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1 cup butter |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar packed |
2 eggs |
1/2 tsp. raspberry extract |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels |
1-10 oz package dark chocolate with raspberry morsels |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine flour, coco, baking soda and salt. Set aside. 2. 2. Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and raspberry extract. Mix well. Add flour mixture, mixing well. Fold in all morsels and nuts. 3. 3. Drop by heaping tsp. on un-greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° degrees for 11-13 minutes. Do not over bake. |
