OMG...if your looking for the ultimate in chocolate fixes,look no further...this is a multi layered dessert that looks and tastes like heaven... Ingredients:
60 g butter, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
3/4 cup self-raising flour |
1 1/2 tbsp baking cocoa |
1/4 cup milk |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
milk ganache |
3 cups milk melts |
1 cup cream |
30 g butter |
dark ganache |
3 cups dark melts |
1 cup cream |
30 g butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. 2. Grease and line a 10cm x 20cm loaf pan with foil. 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy. 4. Fold in sifted flour and NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa 5. alternately with combined milk, egg and vanilla. 6. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, bake for 20–25 minutes until 7. cooked when tested. Turn out and cool on wire 8. rack. When cold return cake to foil-lined loaf pan. 9. TO PREPARE MILK GANACHE 10. Place NESTLÉ Milk Melts in bowl, combine cream and butter in pan, bring to boil, pour over Milk Melts. Stir to combine, allow to cool and thicken. Spread over cake, refrigerate until set. 11. TO PREPARE DARK GANACHE 12. Repeat as above using NESTLÉ Dark Melts. Spread over Milk Ganache, cover, refrigerate until set. |
