1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
8 oz. milk chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 tea. melted butter |
1 tea. vanilla extract |
1/3 cup heavy cream |

1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
8 oz. white chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 tea. melted butter |
1 tea. clear vanilla |
1/3 cup heavy cream |
filling #3 |
1 pound philly cream cheese, softened |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
8 oz. semi-sweet choc., melted & cooled |
1 tea. melted butter |
1 tea. vanilla extract |
1/3 heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^. 2. Filling #1 3. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 4. Add eggs one at a time. 5. Fold in chocolate and melted butter. 6. Add vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly. 7. Pour into prepared pan, set pan in fridge. 8. Filling #2 9. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 10. Add eggs one at a time. 11. Fold in chocolate and melted butter. 12. Add clear vanilla and cream, mixing thoroughly. 13. Pour over first layer and set back in fridge. 14. Filling #3 15. Repeat process of previous fillings. 16. Pour over second layer, smooth top. 17. Bake at 350^ for 75-80 minutes, or until sides are firm. 18. Let cool and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. 19. NOTE: I have multiple bowls and beaters; it may take more time if you have to wash and dry bowls for each filling. That is why I cool in fridge between making fillings.
