Triple Chocolate Brownies |

Three forms of chocolate and mini marshmallows cooked in to the batter. I recommend not ommitting the marshmallows because they melt into the batter and create a yummy chewy texture. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups granulated sugar |
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate |
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup unsalted butter |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. 2. Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate together. 3. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter and chocloate mixture, and eggs in a large bowel. Add in sugar, cocoa powder, and marshmallows (if desired). Mix until thoroughly blended. 4. Spread brownie batter evenly into the greased baking pan. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean (actually took me about an hour). Cool in pan before cutting in squares. |
