Ingredients:
8 ounces frozen mixed berries |
2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen |
6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole milk |
1 cup whole milk |
1 to 2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. |
