Triple Apricot Sauce for Lamb |

This recipe is great for lamb on the grill. I gives it a great mouth watering flavor. It is a variation of a recipe I found in a paper about 12 years ago for Easter recipes using lamb. Ingredients:
1/2 cup apricot jam |
1/2 cup apricot nectar |
1/2 cup chopped dried apricot |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer 5 minutes Baste lamb with sauce while cooking Spoon any leftover sauce over lamb when serving. |
