Ingredients:
olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
8 ounces fresh crimini mushrooms, stemmed |
8 ounces portobello mushrooms, stemmed |
4 ounces small fresh shiitake mushrooms, stemmed |
1 large clove garlic, minced |
1/3 cup dry white wine |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Add wine; cook, covered, 2 minutes. Uncover and cook 2 additional minutes or until liquid evaporates. Sprinkle mushroom mixture with thyme, salt, and pepper; toss well. Serve immediately. |
