Fresh salsa that tastes great and can be used in a variety of ways.
Ingredients:
15 roma tomatoes
1/8 cup minced garlic clove
1/4 cup fresh onion
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/4 cup red pepper sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/8 cup jalapeno pepper
Directions:
1. Chop onion, peppers and cilantro. Cut tomatoes into halves, then slice into 4 pieces and chop.
2. Mixed all ingredients. Use potato masher to crush slightly to release juice from the tomatoes.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a relish with chicken, omletts, etc.
