This is easy because everything is already done up for you.... you just have to put it together... Ingredients:
1 (14 to 16 oz) banana loaf cake, cubed |
1 large banana, sliced |
1/3 cup raspberry preserves |
2 5-ounce refrigerated vanilla puddings |
Directions:
1. Reserve a few pieces of cake and banana slices for garnish. 2. In four parfait glasses, layer half of cake, half of preserves, half of banana slices, and one container pudding. 3. Repeat layers 4. Garnish with reserved cake cubes and banana 5. Can top off with cool whip if desired.. |
