Ingredients:
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips |
2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips |
2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips |
1/4 cup olive oil |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Sauté peppers in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 10 minutes. Add garlic; sauté 5 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper; sprinkle with parsley. |
