Ingredients:
10 pounds tri-tip |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons black pepper |
3 tablespoons salt |
3 tablespoons garlic |
3 tablespoons chili pepper |
3 tablespoons onion salt |
3 tablespoons cumin |
3 tablespoons cilantro |
Directions:
