I often make this cool treat for summer cookouts. It canbe made a head of time because it must be frozen. Ingredients:
3 large eggs, seperated |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup white sugar |
12 ounces cool whip topping |
2 prepared graham cracker crusts |
Directions:
1. Beat 3 egg whites in glass bowl til stiff peaks form, set aside. 2. beat 3 egg yolks well. 3. add 1 cup sugar mix well. 4. beat in softened cream cheese till well blended. 5. Add cool whip and mix till well blended. 6. gently fold egg whites into mixture. 7. Pour in crust and wrapped with plastic film. 8. Freeze 6 to 8 hours. 9. serve immediately-freeze unused portions. |
