A quick, easy to prepare dish with a little spicy kick!
Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 can chopped tomatoes or 1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine black beans, corn and stewed tomatoes in skillet and bring to boil.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Reduce to medium heat.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
5. Served with corn pancakes.
