This is as close to reproducing the famous sauce, as I have came. Go ahead and give it a try,see if I have it down pat! Ingredients:
2 avocados, peeled & seeded |
1 serrano pepper, diced |
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped |
8 ounces sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into food processor and process until well blended.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Chill well before serving.
4. Cook time is chill time.
