Great little chocolate chip and nut balls. Have been making for many years. Great on holiday tray Ingredients:
6 oz. or 3/4c. butter,softened |
1/2c. sugar |
1t. vanilla |
1 egg |
2c.flour |
1/2t. salt |
1c. pecans,chopped |
6 oz. or 3/4c mini chocolate chips |
1/2 c granulated or powdered sugar for rolling. |
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time 2. Shape ingredients into small balls(about 1') in the palm of your hand and bake on a cookie sheet for about 12-15 mins until the cookies are slightly brown on the bottom and white on top. 3. Remove from oven and immediately roll warm cookies in one of the sugars. 4. Place on rack to cool. 5. Store in airtight container. |
