This is good. I like it on Ritz crackers. My friend had this at her party. Ingredients:
3 lbs. bass fillets, diced into small cubes, or any fish |
1 1/2 cup real lemon juice |
2 bell peppers. finely chopped |
2 celery stalks, finely chopped |
3 tomatoes, finely chopped |
3 medium onions, finely chopped |
2 tsp. chives, chopped |
1 large bottle green olives, chopped |
1 jar hot jalapeno peppers |
1 cup ketchup |
salt and pepper to taste |
lemon pepper |
marinade |
Directions:
1. Marinate the fish 3 hours in real lemon, salt, pepper, lemon pepper 2. and marinade. 3. Combine all ingredients. 4. Refrigerate for 2 hours. 5. Serve on Ritz crackers or raw veggies. 6. Makes 1 gallon. |
