This recipe comes from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
16 tablespoons protein powder (8-scoops,1/2 chocolate, 1/2 unflavored)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
3 ounces sugar free cocolate pudding
2 cups skim milk
1/2-2/3 cup natural-style peanut butter
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerine
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Coat a glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Pour into a pan, and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
