This recipe comes from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute |
16 tablespoons protein powder (8-scoops,1/2 chocolate, 1/2 unflavored) |
1 teaspoon cocoa powder |
3 ounces sugar free cocolate pudding |
2 cups skim milk |
1/2-2/3 cup natural-style peanut butter |
4 tablespoons vegetable glycerine |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Coat a glass pan with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Pour into a pan, and bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes. |
