This is a great party sald/buffet sald recipe for a crowd. When I first tried the recipe, I knew I would be making it again ! Ingredients:
3 lb ground beef |
2 env. dry taco seasoning mix |
3 heads lettuce ( iceberg )shredded |
3 c shredded cheedar cheese (12 0z ) |
3 c chopped fresh tomatoes |
2 c chopped sweet onions |
3 cans chopped olives ( 4 1/4 oz. ) ) |
2 15 0z cans chili or ranch beans |
1 16 oz bag corn chips |
1 16 0z bottle catalina salad dressing |
1 12 oz jar salsa |
Directions:
1. Brown beef and drain. and cool. 2. Add seasoning mix and prepare to pkg. directions. 3. Cool and toss with remaining ingredients in large plastic bag and 4. mix well by shaking the bag, serve imediately 5. Place in a large bowl to serve 6. Note: don't make ahead or the chips will get soft !!! |
