1/2 cup almond flour |
1/4 cup sesame seeds |
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds |
1/4 cup dried cranberries |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup almond butter |
1/4 cup pure maple syrup |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or foil. If you have neither, be sure to grease your sheet well. 2. Throw EVERYTHING in a mixing bowl and mix well with a wooden spoon until totally combined. 3. If you can manage to NOT eat the batter uncooked {it won't be easy but remember there's a raw egg in there} Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on the lined baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes, until just starting to get golden. |
