TRAIL DIP RECIPE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Tinsley Estate in Venus, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
32 ounces salsa |
3 cups cooked chicken |
2 cans black beans |
16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese |
green onions |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. In large casserole with lid combine salsa, chicken, beans and 2/3 of the cheese and green onions. 2. Stir well then top with remaining cheese and bake for 1 hour. 3. Serve warm with tortilla chips. |
