Nice healthy wrap for the kids. Can be tucked into their lunch box or eaten after school. ***Note*** this recipe has honey, therefore should not be given to children under 2 years of age. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 banana, sliced |
1/4 cup yogurt (vanilla or banana flavored) |
1/2 cup granola cereal |
2 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter over two tortillas. Drizzle honey over peanut butter to taste. In bowl, mix together 1 sliced banana, 1/4 cup vanilla or banana yogurt and 1/2 cup granola. 2. Divide mix between tortillas, wrap, and eat. |
