This is from the Seattle Times. There is MAJOR construction on I-5 this summer. This is what the paper says about the recipe: The I-5 construction got the folks at BOKA Kitchen + Bar in downtown Seattle thinking about a cocktail. They came up with the Traffic Jam for those who want to wait out rush hour (and they extended their happy hour until 8 p.m. this month.) Sent to me via FBC Queenie. :) Ingredients:
4 fresh raspberries |
2 fresh mint sprigs |
1 1/2 ounces rum (bacardi silver) |
1/2 ounce triple sec |
1 ounce lemon, sour (equal parts fresh lemon juice and simple syrup) |
Directions:
1. Muddle the raspberries and the mint. Add Bacardi Silver, Triple Sec and lemon sour. 2. Shake and strain into a martini shell with a citrus-sugar rim. |
