Another recipe from my Oster breadmachine book. This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons water |
3 cups bread flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon dry milk |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into bread pan per your machines manual, usually wet first and then dry. 2. Select white bread, crust color and if your machine has it set for 1/5 lb. loaf. 3. Start baking process. |
