I haven't tried this one yet, but it looks so yummy! Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 egg |
3/4 cup water |
250 g ground sausage, browned |
4 shallots, sliced |
1 stalk celery, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 16 balls. 2. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. |
