I haven't tried this one yet, but it looks so yummy!
Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 egg
3/4 cup water
250 g ground sausage, browned
4 shallots, sliced
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 16 balls.
2. Bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
