Ingredients:
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk |
1 16 oz. canned pumpkin |
1 9 unbaked pastry shell |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350F and continue baking for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1" from edge comes out clean. Cool & serve. |
