A traditional Muesli that can be mixed with chopped apples and other fruit as well as yogurt, milk or cream. Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats |
1 cup raisins |
1 cup flax seeds |
1 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup pumpkin seeds |
1 cup chopped almonds |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well and store in a large glass jar. |
