1 cup small curd cottage cheese |
3 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup raisins |
9 inches unbaked pie shells |
Directions:
1. Slightly mash cottage cheese. 2. Stir in eggs, milk, sugar, and lemon juice; mix well. 3. Stir in raisins. 4. Pour into pie shell. 5. Bake in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
