Traditional Chicken & Rice Bake

The original cheeseless version
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cup uncooked white rice (i like basmati)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix rice, soup, vegetables and 1 cup water together in a 2 qt baking dish.
3. Place chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with seasoning salt & paprika.
4. COVER with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Comes out perfect every time!
