Tracy's Turkey Burger With Roasted Red Pepper Mayo |

Again, when we first met, my fiancee would not eat beef or pork, I had to come up with a nice poultry burger that I would enjoy because I was not having much success with veggie burgers. This is my first successful one. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey |
2 chopped scallions |
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
1/2 cup chopped spinach |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
salt |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers |
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix first seven ingredients together and form four burger patties. 2. Mix ingredients together for Mayo and spread over buns. |
