                    For my diet calculations. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb lean ground beef  |  
                                                2 cups no added salt sliced mushrooms  |  
                                                1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup onion, chopped  |  
                                                1/2 cup celery, chopped  |  
                                                14 ounces no-salt-added stewed tomatoes  |  
                                                10 ounces cream of mushroom soup  |  
                                                2 cups elbow macaroni  |  
                                                1 tablespoon chili powder  |  
                                                1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Brown ground beef and cook macaroni. 2. Prepare and drain all ingredients. 3. Add all ingredients except cheddar. 4. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle cheddar on top. 5. Cook at 350°F for one hour.                              |
