Quick and easy and tasty too! Ingredients:
1 loaf bread |
1/2 lb brown sugar |
1/2 cup raisins |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Soak bread in cold water for 1 hour. Drain and squeeze dry. 2. Beat bread with fork and add brown sugar. Add raisins and cinnamon, eggs, and butter. 3. Place in a greased pan. 4. Bake at 325 for approximately 2 hours. Sprinkle with sugar. 5. Cool. |
