Score big with your guests with this low-fat game day treat. A simple mixture of whole grains, dried fruits and pistachios. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag sunkist brand pistachios |
4 cups mini chex cereal, rice stick crackers mix |
4 cups whole wheat pretzels or 4 cups multi-grain pretzels |
1 cup dried cranberries |
1 cup dried apricot (cut in half) |
1/2 cup golden raisin |
1/2 cup regular raisins |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine pistachios with remaining ingredients; blend well. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to two weeks. |
