A lighter version of chili, made with ground turkey. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground turkey |
3 (1 1/4 ounce) packages mccormick's chili seasoning mix (or your favorite) |
3 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained |
5 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained |
Directions:
1. Brown turkey in large pot, drain if necessary. 2. Add remaining ingredients to pot. Bring mixture to low boil and then reduce heat to allow chili to simmer for one hour. Stir mixture occasionally. |
