I always ate this when I was a child, and now too. Is a good snack from Venezuela. Ingredients:
Directions:
1. peel the banana. 2. cut into 2 cm cylinders. 3. fry these cylinders until the banana is a pale yellow colour. 4. remove from the heat. 5. place on a non-porous surface and using a glass or a plate you squash the plantain to make circles about half a Cm. thick. 6. Use salt to your own taste and fry until they are crispy. 7. Serve hot with guasacaca sauce or garlic mojo . |
