Easy Dip For Puerto Rican Tostones. We as in me and my boyfriend love doing this after making some tostones. Simple,yet taste so good.

Ingredients:

1 cup ketchup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Directions:

1. Use large Bowl.
2. Add All ingredients into bowl.
3. Whip using a fork.
