This delicious dip came from our family's cookbook. I hope you enjoy as much as we do! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger |
1 head lettuce |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 soft avocado |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 cup tomato, chopped |
10 ounces taco sauce |
cheese, shredded |
tostado chips |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger and drain; set aside and cool. Finely chop lettuce and cover bottom of plate or platter with it. Spread onion and tomato over lettuce. Spread hamburger on top of that. Blend cream cheese, avocado, garlic salt, and milk in blender. Poor over top hamburger. Spread taco sauce on top of that, then cover with shredded cheese. Eat on chips. |
