Ingredients:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
5 tablespoons olive oil |
8 cups mixed baby salad greens |
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved |
1 8-oz. jar marinated mushrooms, drained |
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil. Place greens, tomatoes and mushrooms in a large salad bowl and toss with dressing. Serve immediately. |
