Toscano Deli Sandwich for 2 |

From a local artisan bakery/deli in town. Use quality ingredients, please! Ingredients:
2 large sesame seed rolls, cut in half |
2 tablespoons garlic aioli |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard (i requested dijon on my sandwich) (optional) |
2 ounces provolone cheese |
4 tablespoons green olive tapenade (*fyi) |
2 ounces fontina |
mixed greens, washed and dried |
2 tablespoons marinated sun-dried tomatoes |
Directions:
1. *~fyi~A vegetarian made-from-scratch version is used in the restaurant-minus the anchovies. 2. Spread each roll slice with the garlic aioli (and Dijon mustard, if using.). 3. Next add the ingredients as listed above. 4. Cut sandwich in half and serve. |
