This recipe is supposed to be a clone of Olive Garden Version. Simple and easy. Lots of flavor. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup chicken stock or broth |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
2 medium potato cut to 1/2 in cubes w/skin |
4 cups chopped kale |
1 lbs spicy italian sausage |
1/2 tsp kosher salt |
1/2 red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Grill or saut'e Italian sausage. After it is cooked and cooled cut slices 1/2 thick. Dice Potato and chop up Kale. 2. Combine stock and cream in a sauce pan over medium heat 3. Add diced potato and sausage to sauce pan 4. Add chopped kale and spices 5. Let simmer for one hour |
