The BEST tortilla soup recipe and its very easy! I use everything listed below to garnish the soup. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth or 4 (10 ounce) cans vegetable broth |
1 (16 ounce) can rotel |
1 (8 ounce) can corn |
1 large zucchini |
1 large yellow squash |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon cumin seed |
1 tablespoon tarragon |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper |
shredded cheese |
cilantro |
avocado |
crushed tostada chips |
Directions:
1. Add broth, rotel, corn, sliced vegetables and all spices to pot and cook on low until vegetables are done. Put cheese in the bottom of the bowl, then soup topped with garnish of your choice. |
