Best tortilla soup ever! Ingredients:
2 boiled chicken breasts |
10 -15 corn tortillas, cut into strips |
1 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 (16 ounce) can rotel |
1 tablespoon cumin |
3 (16 ounce) cans chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Boil chicken breast when done shred. 2. Cut totillia's into strips. 3. Mix remaining ingrediants. 4. Cook in stew pot for 45 minutes. 5. Serve with avacado and chedder cheese. 6. Enjoy. |
