TORTILLA SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Viler Estate in Georgetown, Texas in 1991. Ingredients:
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce |
1 cup rinsed and drained black beans |
2 tablespoons pepper jack cheese shredded |
2 tablespoons oil and vinegar dressing |
1 cup broken tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Toss iceberg lettuce and black beans together in a salad bowl. 2. Add cheese and dressing and toss to mix then sprinkle tortilla chips on top. |
